Champagne Mumm


Cowes Week, the longest-running regatta in the world, with over 900 yacht entries and at least 35 race starts per day, is just the event at which to get your name seen.

There is no better way to do this than by branding a yacht entered for racing at the event.

Wet & Wild Graphics were proud to be chosen as the branding company for Champagne Mumm, sponsors of the 2004 event, who had chartered race winning Volvo 60 ‘Spirit'.

Following two days production time in house at Wet & Wild Graphics, the vinyl was applied to the hull while she was moored in Ocean Village, Southampton.

With the help from her crew filling up ballast tanks to tilt the yacht to one side, the hull was completed one side at a time, the complete branding took over 2 days.
Vinyl graphics were applied to the huge Kevlar main in a local sail loft and finished in just over a day.

Ross Daniel, Skipper of ‘Spirit', commented: “The branding attracted plenty of attention and very positive media coverage. Our guests had a fantastic time on board and were thrilled to be part of the race crew, on such an awesome looking boat.”
